آتے جاتے دھوپ گرمی سردی میں آپ کے لے دروازے کھول کر آپ کو مسکراتے چہرے کے ساتھ  سلام پیش کرتے ہیں

چھٹی ہو کر سب اپنے اپنے گھروں کو پہنچ جاتے ہیں لیکن بے چارے یہ اپنی ڈیوٹی پر پھر بھی کھڑے رہتے ہیں۔

اپ 8 گھنٹے کی ڈیوٹی کر کے چلے جاتے ہیں لیکن انہوں نے تو 12 گھنٹے پورے کرنے ہوتے ہیں۔ 

اور جب تنخواہ کی بات آئے تو سب سے کم تنخواہ ان کو ملتی ہے اور ڈیوٹی ٹائم سب سے زیادہ انہوں نے دینا ہوتا ہے۔

حکومت کی طرف سے کم سے کم اجرت بھی مقرر کی گئی ہوئی ہے لیکن سیکورٹی کمنیوں کے مالکان ان کو وہ بھی نہیں دے سکتے اوپر سے اگر کسی مجبور کی وجہ سے چھٹی 

کر لیں تو وہ اس سے کٹوٹی کر لیتے ہیں۔
